What is the Return Policy?

You may return most products purchased. Most items may be returned with Four weeks of receiving the item. However we are not the initial seller so you must contact and/or make reference to the actual sellers terms for returns individually.

Items with FREE Return Shipping

These items usually have a free return shipping method.

  • Shoes
  • Clothing
  • Accessories
  • Jewelry
  • Watches (except those bought in Sports & Outdoors)

Large Items Delivered by Specialty Carriers

If you should return huge or bulky item which had been delivered using a specialty carrier (e.g., CEVA, ABF, Pilot), go to the Online Returns Center. The Returns Center will direct you throughout the returns process and may ask you to contact our specialized support service team, which could schedule the pickup of your item.

Note: Please do not refuse the delivery of the item. To assure that the return and refund are processed correctly.

UPS Pickups

As soon as you request a UPS pickup, UPS sends a driver to the address with the shipping label within 1-5 business days. Ensure that you've described the defect, damage, or error and include that within the returned package. In the event the original packaging is still available, return an item in this packaging. To help avoid problems with the pickup, remove any previously used shipping labels that are still on the box.

Cancel Pickup Request

After a UPS pickup has been requested, you cannot cancel that request until following first pickup attempt has been made. UPS will make up to three pickup attempts. After the first pickup attempt, you can call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) to cancel future pickup attempts. Be sure you have your tracking number handy.
